Swirl(full name, Sweety-Swirl) is a fan created character that exists within an alternate version of Equestria. He currently works as a photographer for Princess Celestia, tasked with traveling all of Equestria and photographing its beauty for her to showcase in the castle. He first encounters Rarity when she comes to Canterlot, the two hit it off at a party and begin developing a strong friendship via letters. His cutiemark is a peppermint, and rumor has it if you lick it, it tastes sweet. Pinkie pie has tried on numerous occasions to lick his mark to prove this, but always fails.
