This is a new character I just thought up. He's an anthro white tiger with wings. He has long feathers that spike back off his head and there's a mix of long fur kind of like you would see in therian pictures and the beads in the lock of hair sort of thing. His eyes are bright blue. He's just black and white and roams the world, mostly in the mountains. I like to think of him as a shaman. He doesn't interact much with others unless necessary though.
