The picture is when he's a fully grown dragon (about 100 years old). For now he's only a baby and he's been around for 20 years. He's my height and weight (because I'll be suiting as him but also he's supposed to be short). His wings are about as long as his arms. He can be drawn as anthro or feral at any age, doesn't matter. Eventually he falls in love with a female dragon and has lil ones of his own.

Physical Description:

He's an olive green with a very light brown muzzle, very light brown above his eyes (like in the picture), very light brown inside his ears, and down the front of his throat (leaving the muzzle) to the belly and underneath his tail to the tip. The very top of his wings are also the very light brown. Other than that he has white horns (horns go down his back and stops a little ways before the tip. At the end of the tail there are these two fan things coming off the sides that are also the brown color. Then there are white spots on his cheeks, forehead, shoulders, sides, and thighs.Tongue is forked and eyes can either be a solid white or black. The fluffiest areas are the chest, the back of the head, the forearms, and the calves. Then the fur is short. Scales are on the face, stomach, underneath the tail and the fan things on the end of the tail, oh and the hands and feet too.

When he's full grown he's as big as Smaug from the Hobbit and his wings become double the arm length, maybe even triple.
