Bella has been married to Brock for approximately ten years. She is a very generous and giving soul who often puts the needs of others before her own. Abandoned by her parents when she was 9, she is reluctant to form attachments and tends to have a negative self image, using self deprecating humor and aloof professionalism as a shield. She is physically very fit and takes great care of her body, and practices various martial arts for fitness and focus.

Bella is a physical Therapist by trade and met Brock as an intern at the VA rehabilitation center he was recovering at. She quickly discovered just how depressed and deeply wounded he was spiritually, though she was highly reluctant to get involved because she feared that if she were to get attached to him and he succeeded in ending his life she would be abandoned yet again. She did leave him with her number though, just in case. When she received a call from him in extreme distress several months later, however, she did not hesitate to come to his aid, taking him into her home and helping him to overcome both his physical and psychological problems.

Over the course of the next few months, the pair quickly came to love each other as Bella treated Brock not as a child, but as the adult he truly was and gave him the respect he craved and desperately needed. Brock proposed and the pair married.

Bella loves children, and her greatest sadness is that she and Brock will never be able to raise a cub of their own as his condition renders him unable to perform. Because of this, Brock will occasionally indulge her in a little "mommy time" when he's regressed.
