Once was human, turned into a dragon by unknown scientific engineering. He retains his human mind as well as his previous body's memories. As such, upon growth, he'd feel things like if he was still human, despite his new body being able to be capable of uncharted growth sizes. Whilst being unable to be cut/deathly wounded, he may easily be knocked out or bruised up. He is known to be shy upon compliments and positive actions towards him, due to mainly being ignored upon growing up as a human. He still is learning magical traits and can barely do such, mainly being only able to using psychokinesis on small to same-size-as-himself objects. His pendant is known to grow with him as well as aids the Wish-granting North American Dragon by focusing moon and sun energy for purposes of his abilities. Whilst not on a heavily public area, may it be a forest or such, he often tends to just wear a loincloth that covers his privates, The rest of the times, he often uses Khaki Cargo Pants and a comfortable short sleeve button shirt.
