Personal NPC concept for the group PMDUnity.

"The details around this mon are a bit of an enigma, he claims to run a business… but nobody seems to be quite sure what kind.

There are rumours that he deals with the black market, yet he has run into the Hunters numerous times and nothing seems to have come up.

There are also other rumours that are way more far fetched, some going so far as to say that he deals in dreams and wishes. Crazy!

What is known though is that numerous people are indebted to him, and that such a fate is not one you would wish upon even the vilest of enemies. Much like his business, the exact details of these debts are unclear. All that is certain that it’s no simple case of owing some stars."

Basically I just wanted to create a fairy type kecleon who's based around the fae from folklore (or well mostly just the unseelie).

Fairies weren't really very nice critters. They were magical creatures and capable of quite a lot of things, so if you were desperate enough you could ask them for help.

'Thank you' was never enough though, as they felt a thank you was like forgetting and moving on from the deed. So instead they want something that will guarantee remembrance, often in the form of favours, which may be anything and they may request it at any time. And hardly ever anything pleasant.

They also have a knack for twisting their words to get what they want (although they cannot lie).
