Teo "The Elastic Otter" Ino is a mystery, wrapped in an enigma, wrapped in a flour tortilla, served with a side of chips. A good natured, laid-back, mustelid slacker of few words, and less sense. He doesn't discuss his past often, and what little he does say tends to contradict. What is known is that he was born and raised somewhere in the "Asscrack of Nowhere, Ohio". He often describes his time there by saying "Imagine that dial tone you hear when you leave the phone unhooked. Now imagine that for eighteen years." Shortly after high school, the otter esca...left his home in search of a place in the world where he truly belongs.

As of currently, that place is sprawled out on the living room sofa.

Teo is a cheerful young man, but thick headed, dull witted, and naive. Not that he's stupid per se, but his mind seems to work on a different level than most people. Those who stick around to listen to him long enough tend to hear some glittering words of wisdom that would only stand out more, were it not surrounded by air-headed dribble. He enjoys drawing, cheesy movies, (pretending to know) martial arts, and swimming on his back and doing cute human things with his hands.

One unusual trait about him is his inexplicable power to stretch himself out like rubber. No one's really sure where this strange ability came from, and the most he's ever said on it is "After seeing some of the other weird stuff people around here do, I think I got off easy."
