he "dances" about on his feet and the name is inspired by asian related terms like "laughing monkey" "nodding tiger" etc. :3 he's not a talker and is incapable of speaking, however.

the info behind the floating orb necklace thing remains unknown, however it could be something to do with water! he's after all, capable of "stepping" across water, and is shown to have some connection to water spirits.
