The self-proclaimed King of the Rats. A planeswalker (with the help of rats), a treasure hunter, and a novice magician, Ozymandias woke up one day in the moving library with no memory of who she was before then. Although she isn't very strong, Ozy is amazingly kind and has a strong sense of integrity. She spends a lot of time thinking about what makes a good king and things she can do to be a better one. While she can be brave, a lot of her fearlessness comes from foolishness, and her optimism and trust in others frequently gets her into trouble. However, she has a way of drawing people together and befriending others, so even in the darkest of situations, there is always someone to help. She does try to be responsible and dependable, though involving herself into too many problems at once makes things a bigger mess for herself. She doesn't forget when someone has helped her, though, and she's fairly good on her word.

Ozy's philosophy of treasure hunting is unusual, because most of the treasures she finds, she actually gives away to other people, rather than keep them for herself or sell them. 'Treasures' do not necessarily need to be valuable; she has been known to squirrel away anything from a gem-encrusted gold scarab brooch, to a cheap, purple plastic flashlight, to acorn caps. She has a rather childlike perspective on things and is very easy to impress.

Ultimately, she wants to find out who she was before waking up in the library, but she may not like the answers she finds. In the mean time, being a good king and acting as an ambassador for rats keeps her content enough. Since coming into power, she has improved relations with rats between crows, roaches, and mice. She's still working on cats. Cats are difficult.
