Taernyll, a reality-hopping true-chaotic overall villainous beast who is not tethered to things such as time and mortality or the laws of any single plane of existence, he travels through fact and fiction at the axis point 0 of all realities, his home, The Eye.

Having come thrust into his multi-reality migratory escapades from a long-since dead world, an entire civilization and planet given to the desires of a delusional group of people who believed themselves dragons in mortal skin. They were given the kingdom they desired, the Amberclaw Union, at the expense of billions of people, and the beauty they so craved, turned to horrendous monsters that sent terror down the spine of the ferocious, yet new-to-the-world, monsters of the dragon population. Breathed in life with the mangled souls of the people who were given to this dark pact, the dragons were kept under fear of the dystopian tyrannical hierarchy of the Amberclaw's whim.

Taernyll was a magically-gifted youth, along with a fifth of his kind, who managed to avoid the mind-controlling, militant control, being enslaved by a the underworld crime syndicate, usurped her power before confronting the utilitarian government to stumble upon the power of the world itself. With the last moments of his existence on the reality of his birth, he thrust himself out of reality entirely, and now wanders, immortal but not unstoppable, across the rails of existence in a hedonistic and chaotic existence of his own.
