Prince Cas, more commonly known as Prince, is a purebred Alaskan Malamute from champion sled dog bloodlines. He's average sized for his breed, though prefers to ignore his considerable strength in favor of enjoying the simpler things in life. A gentle giant, he has a habit of attempting to make friends with smaller animals, even those a canine of his stature would normally prey upon.

Prince is often in a relatively unstable emotional state, and can be found collecting flowers and attempting to forge them into crowns and necklaces using his teeth and claws. Rarely does this work out, so he treasures his one successful project, wearing it atop his head at all times. The only other individual he trusts enough to remove it for is his mate, Archie, who has had the privilege of wearing it more than once.

Prince's life is practically ruled by his anxiety, and he often has to flee from situations that he finds stressful or overwhelming, instead choosing to hide on his own. He despises crowds and most people in general, having a slight superiority complex which makes it difficult for him to sympathize with others. Upon meeting somebody he's unfamiliar with, he often seems brisk and crude, but don't be fooled; his bark is worse than his bite.

With a fondness for bumble bees, moths, and other (mostly) harmless insects, he refuses to allow any to come to harm, and instead insists upon nudging them onto his nose and carrying them to safety. Due to his gentle, calm attitude, these creatures don't seem to be nearly as scared of him as they are of other large animals. Prince likes to think of them as his 'friends', which he has very few of.

There is, however, a small pack of other dogs whom he gets along well with, consisting of Archie, Akafa, Bec, Renard, Dixon, Queen, Oliver, Space, JC, and Chevy. These are some of the few people that he truly cares about and would defend with his life, despite his usual demeanor. Although he's soft-spoken, his friends manage to bring out his kind and flamboyant side, and he's slowly learning not to rely on the cold exterior mask he presents to the public.
