Tyme is a lonely dragon by choice. He lives in a large, secluded castle full of gears and gizmos, surrounded by everyone's hourglasses. He can tell whenever people will die, and tries not to grow attached to anyone for that reason. He carries his own, more elaborate hourglass with him carefully almost everywhere. However, he is often depressed whenever he gazes into his hourglass because his time on the world seems never-ending.

Besides being a isolated dragon, he is also a tad bit accident prone, or so he says. He actually gets his wounds by his failed attempts to save other's lives. Although he hasn't been able to save one yet, he will never give up. (He can't die trying, as much as he wants to.)

He is a caring dragon who feels sympathy for everyone's death, no matter how terrible that person may be. He only tries to save the ones that he's mistakenly grown close to, which isn't very often. Because of his 'power' to see everybody's lifespan, he quickly grew serious and can hardly ever be seen laughing or cheerful.
