Rodger was born in Canada; he was raised Jewish by his mother, who emigrated from France. Not much was known about his father, except for his birthplace (Memphis, where Rodger got his name), and his reputation (a pimp).

Rodger is the ultimate 'party animal'; he's very sameless in what he does, and is very carefree. He tends to be a chauvinist as well.
