M4D Mau5 is the mau5 form of Lizard. They are almost the same people, but M4D is tad more easily ticked off and she is very very hyped. She often wears a Gir jacket and old flared jeans (she hates skinny jeans.)

M4D has the behavior of somebody with mania bipolar disorder, but she has ADHD, not bipolar disorder. She's very bad at controlling her behavior and tends to be obnoxious, perverted, and fidgety. She can't look people in the eye without grinning creepily. She tends to do in-explainable things around people, such as make weird noises, tickle others, and crawl under benches.

In a nutshell, she is Lizard off of her ADHD medication. xD

Her left eye is upside down, so the eye lid closes from the bottom, not the top. This often makes her look crazy when she goes to close her eyes or squint them (note in the thumbnail her right eye is wrong.)
