Maxie is one of the Twins, alongside Jacqui. He was sealed with a water spirit by an evil scientist; as a result, he can manipulate and create water and ice at will.

Personality-wise, he is laid-back, if not lazy, and is very chill, often having a softer alternative approach on things. He is also a self-proclaimed lady-killer, as he stops for a sexy lady or two.
