Shikamru goes by three nicknames: Heart, Shika, or Shiki.

Shika works at The Twilight Moon as a Bartender and occasionally as a Waiter, he prefers to drink vodka or sake, but being a bartender he can drink just about anything, has a very high tolerance for any drink, however one cup of rum and he'll be drunk for a good 8 hours.

Shika's personality is to try and be as helpful as he possibly can to others, which is why he enjoys his job. Shikamaru tries to act as a fatherly figure for the others, even though he's not much older then the rest of them.
