Mia is Flare's elder cousin of Flare and the only daughter Michael Stromrin.

Mia is a tom-boyish tough type who enjoys drinking and partying. She enjoys teasing Flare and flirting with some of the paitrents at the Twilight Moon. She has a bit of a rather aggressive crush on Shikamaru, though everyone jokes it's just because he's the TW's Bartender.
