Pronounced "Ky-yell"

He's pretty pissed off most of the time, even if he looks all cute. Retains a bit of summoning magic, summoning animal souls, helping any lost ones find their way home. Some grow fond of him and choose to remain with him to summon/hang out with. Seems to be the only thing he has a soft spot for. As it says on the picture, there is just a tiny bit of bone that he can control at the base of his tail, otherwise the rest just flows freely. A great lot of fun when it's windy.
