Sleet Ryker is a Houndoom-wolf hybrid Pokemorph with a troubling and dark past. His parents were killed right when he was born by a Team Rocket group, which took him in after the murder. He was brutally beaten, abused; suffering as a pup Houndour at the hands of Team Rocket. Team Rocket has taken away his chance of having a childhood, due to them torturing and ruthlessly training him to become a cold, merciless, master infiltrator and killer. They also forced him as an subject for an experimental Pokemorph project, which was very successful; allowing him the ability to go from quadruped to anthro at will thanks to his reconstructed bone structure; his vocal chords were also modified, allowing him to talk. Secretly, one of the people in that group that took him away felt very bad for Sleet and in secret, taught him life and throughout his life in Team Rocket, helping him plan his dispersal. He has gone through hell and back, literally to get where he is now, away from Team Rocket and into a normal life. During his time in Team Rocket, he learned how to use guns, to fight hand-to-hand; he was picked on and tortured at times, almost getting his canine penis cut off, getting away with a laceration on his knot after gruesomely killing them. He was almost raped as well, the grunt and his pokemon suffering a gruesome and painful death. By the time he was among the best, he escaped, eventually meeting up with Henry, who he now lives with as his best friend and fellow comrade when it comes to missions. He'll do mercenary jobs on occasion, but his true goal is to wipe Team Rocket off the map and avenge his parents by killing the members of the group that kidnapped and killed his parents. Cold, serious, yet to close friends and loved ones, loving, caring, and selfless; whenever you need the job to be done, whenever you need the perfect infiltrator, Sleet's your man. Team Rocket created a Hell for him, he's the demon that crawled out of it, and he's hungry for blood and vengeance.

Sleet's is unique among Houndooms due to having a blue secondary coloration that replaces the traditional orange secondary colors on the snout, and certain parts of his body. The blue coloration is due to a very minor phazon infection passed down from his father, which was a Houndoom. He's also unique due to the wolf ears that he has passed down from his mother. All of his fire attacks have his flames being blue instead of red, making him even deadlier; he's even more deadly with his mastery of assault rifles, knives/daggers, sub machine guns, hacking, and swords. Due to his ruthless training, he's grown a ruthless and brutal battle style which focuses on muay thai, Tae Kwon Do, and Hapkido; he'll also involve his traditional Dark and Fire type Pokemon attacks. When it comes to love, he goes both ways; he's a caring, loving, and very loyal lover to those that he loves, as well as his friends.
