This is Loli Swirl. She is employed by Mrs. Cake and her job is to fly up to the Cinnamon Mountains and bring back ingredients for Sugarcube Corner. The mountain range is capped with crystalized sugar (which fall from the super sweet clouds above) and have deep caverns inside with rock candy crystals! Yum!
