Symphony is the younger of two half-siblings. Her elder brother, Allegro, sharing their mother. She was considered a rarity in the reserve do to her color. Her body was mostly white including some of the hair on her head and her entire mouth. In some areas of Africa, Albinism is seen as something magical. Humans and animals with the condition are hunted and have their body parts sold as a potion for Immortality. Her mother thought that her child would be safe within the park but monsters always seemed to find their way. A few weeks after her birth, Symphony’s father Quincy was startled awake by the sounds of his children screaming. Poachers had Symph by the scruff and were about to kill her then two-year-old brother. The hunters were stopped that night, but continued to return until Symphony’s 5th birthday. The small family had enough. Amari was a well-known Doctor and scientist and had made the decision to permanently alter her child. She had injected sections of Symphony’s arms and legs with a black dye to turn the fur. To make sure that the poachers didn’t come out of spite, they made the next decision to move to the US. It was very hard for her to get over the trauma of Africa, and it is still hard for her to trust anyone to this day. She is often plagued by vicious night terrors and has a tendency to lash out at people that grab at her. Her best friend, Luna, and her brother are the only ones that are able to know her closely. She uses dancing and music as her getaway when her anxiety begins to be too much for her to handle. This does not mean that she’s shy or quiet. To be honest, Symphony can be the most lovable bitch you’ll ever meet.
