Hybrid the Hyena is a cybernetically enhanced anthropomorhic spotted hyena. Nanotechnological robots have replaced most of his cellular structure, so he can transform at will. Usually he goes about with his left arm transformed into an arm lamp, but he is only limited by his imagination and physical mass when he decides to transform.

Hybrid, Hy to his friends, tends to be busy studying scientific advances in electronics, mechanics, and biology, and his usual response to why he does things is "FOR SCIENCE!" He also has a love of corn on the cob.
