There's a reason they are all the same species- they are comic characters. They are characters from my graphic novel, Escape to Barley Skyes.

Foster- Being of the fancy subspecies, he sees himself above anybody else. He wonders why HE wasn't born with the red eyes. He is obviously more important than this forest riff raff "Windy" fellow. He doesn't really have any friends, even though Windy tried to be friends, he scoffed at him. He felt guilty (as did all of Windy's bullies) when Windy left. Nobody thought he would come back alive.. When he does, however, he can't swallow his pride and say sorry, so he suppresses those feelings. He wants to make others feel bad so he doesn't feel bad about himself.

Chaos- Embodiment of all evil. Not much personality, he kills for amusement, and kills all who threaten his power so he won't have to worry about it. He gets joy out of others pain and agony and screaming. They are nothing but insignificant pests to him.

Kresh- The old coot. Despite being over 400 years old, and albino, nobody seems to respect him and his wild theories. He is the tribe elder, but that doesn't mean they have to listen to him. Since there's usually no trouble in the forest, he stays in the giant tree with his books and spells and such. Windy and his friends love and respect him, and usually stay in or near the tree, and not the forest. He is Windy's role model and mentor. His ideas may be out there, but not un-true. He did predict the coming of Chaos when Windy was born, but nobody believed him. He is like a grandfather nice and sweet, but also strict and stern at the same time. He has no children however, but he see's Windy and his friends as his grandchildren.

Rica- A very rebelious, and bad girl. She will take advantage of males to get what she wants. She has a sweet side, but it's really hard to find in the mess of her personality. She steals, and her nickname is "pirate" she doesn't really care for other people's feelings, and she is easily set off. She will either throw a temper tantrum...or beat you up, or both. She grew up normally, and her personality came out of nowhere. Her parents were nothing like her, but they took care of her anyway. She was a strong willed girl, and decided to leave home at a young age to be free of rules, and get away from everyone. She knew most of them disliked her anyway, except Windy. That guy was SMITTEN with her, but she did pick on him a lot. They had gotten older, and that changed. He no longer had a huge crush on her. She set off (keep in mind, Charisma usually stay with their tribe their whole life to find their own job in the community) and she loved it. She got a few scars, but that's to be expected. She loved the adrenaline rush of stealing, and antagonizing other creatures into attacking her. "Mindless beasts" she called them. She had heard the news that Windy's life was in danger, and he was to go on a life threatening journey to save the community, as Chaos had awakened. She felt a rush of guilt and tried to hurry back and check on her family, and to offer to go with Windy since she has traveled a lot and could help him. To her dismay, he had already left with a group of friends, including Vinia. She knew Vinia loved Windy, more than a friend, but he was too oblivious and naive to see it. That is when her feelings for Windy changed. She....actually felt something more for him, but she was probably never going to see him again.

Lunar- Lunar is very motherly. She could never have a child on her own, so she took on a young Charisma she had found while living in the desert. He ran away after a year or so though. It brought her down quite a bit, so she decided that since she couldn't be a biological mother, she'd take care of unwanted or orphaned Charisma. She loves everybody equally and doesn't see why there shouldn't be even a small amount of love in everybody's heart. She legitimately cares. She is a great nurse, so much so she became the tribe nurse because she can heal others so quickly. She beats herself down if she can't do anything for the patient, even if there is clearly nothing she could do for them.

Jace- Very vain and dignified. He loves to look at himself and keeps up his appearance. He's not too boastful about it, that much anyway. He can be a tad braggy at times. He's got the kind of humor that when you're sad, he'll come up to you and say "Hey, it can't be that bad. You have me!" with a big grin. He's very caring in his own way. He's charming of course, and wonders why he's still single. Surprisingly, he is not interested in flings, he wants to find somebody to love him as he loves himself. He's got a pretty good sense of humor and can brighten a room with his spontaneous, but sometimes stupid jokes. He hates it when others are sad, it makes him sad as well. He cares' just in his own way.

Jojo (Joho)- A gentleman. What every girl dreams of. He is witty, charming, good looking, and really smart. He cares deeply for his friends and family enough that he wouldn't hesitate to take a bullet for any of them. He's usually known as a mentor or counselor to others, and he's great with young Charisma. He can make you feel better by just smiling at you. He has big dreams, including being the elder when Kresh is gone. He doesn't judge by looks, he sees no point in it. He gets to know the real you, not just the hard shell you may put up to strangers. Most Charisma have something good to say about Joho.

Windy- Windy is a big mushy bag of mixed emotions. He can be very anxious about the future at times, and worries about things that he shouldn't be worried about. He never tells anybody else though, because as the leader of the EtBS clan, he doesn't want to worry them. He usually heeps his most sensitive thoughts to himself, except when he's with Vinia. She knows him like a book. He second guesses himself constantly, but on a rare occasion, he gets a thought o idea that he's concrete with. It would take all of the world's forces to make him think otherwise. He is weak at heart and mind often, but deep down, he knows he has to stay strong no matter what. He is often oblivious to what others feel about himself.

Fox- She lives for adrenaline rushes. She loves adventuring and has a very spunky personality. She's withdrawn on telling her friends about her feelings though. She can slack off on responsibility and not even know it. She doesn't really care about keeping up with her personal looks, (NOT the same as personal hygiene fyi) so she often looks a bit rough. Her parents don't know what they did "wrong" to make her so defiant and adventurous as they are quiet and reserved. Her whole family is mannerly and withdrawn. Also another thing she lacks-manners.

Fierre (Fierra)- Strong willed and strong hearted, knows what she wants in life. She's not afraid to tell others what she thinks of them and is often described as offensive. She doesn't care what others think of her though, and once she makes a decision, she WON'T change her mind. She is more over a lover than a fighter, but she can be known to defend friends with her…fine choice of vocabulary. She loves her friends and doesn't have a family, but to her, her friends ARE her family. She even has a special "family" role picked out for Malice.

Vinia- She's quiet, and likes to get things done. She is a deep thinker, and worries a lot. She cherishes alone time in her big tree, and sometimes wishes she could just disappear…but the one thing that keeps her grounded is Windy, the thought of leaving him drives her insane. Though she loves alone time, she loves her time spent with Windy. She feels as if she has a future with him, though he is completely oblivious to that thought, so she chooses not to tell him. She considers him her second half. She is however, open to all of her friends. Though she doesn't look at him the same way as she does Windy, she finds a great friend in Joho, and this fact
