This is Admiral Perseus Grey.

He is the Admiral of the Arrebnaccian Space Navy,

and father to both Lovey and Pepper.

He tends to be stern but understanding, but

doesn't tolerate either insubordination nor

dereliction of duties.

The Admiral loves both of his daughters dearly, however, he

wants Lovey and Pepper to be well-rounded

in both their careers and their lives.
