Tatsuo was a product of a Fursona drawing contest that I held WAY back when and he became the chosen winner.

The artist that drew him is WildLion and I just fell in love with his design.

He is a very stern, no-nonsense character who prefers to be the dominate one in any situation rather than the submissive. Still working on his back story as well but will hope to have it done soon for posting.
