She has brownish red hair that's kept short, and tied back in a ponytail with a ribbon. Standing at about five feet eleven inches, she doesn't weigh much, but is quite agile and quick on her feet. She's usually seen wearing rough leather and a sandy-brown colored cloak. Her eyes are a deep green color, and her skin lightly tanned.

Sheila and her brother Seamus were both a part of a now extinct group once known as Red Sun, which specialized in acquiring information and procuring various items. Where her brother was more of a 'Use the front gate and bring a big weapon' type, Sheila preferred finding other, quieter methods that didn't involve killing or fighting. Get in, grab the 'package', and get out. No casualties for anyone that way.

Her last run for Red Sun involved her, her brother, and another rogue named Bannon (Seamus always called him Moneybags for some reason) slipping into Phoenix territory to steal a document a defector had left behind. Some sort of schematic for a war machine. However, they were caught and only Sheila escaped the fray, taking the documents with her, and an arrow in the shoulder.

She took shelter in nearby ruins, living off whatever she could find over the next few weeks. Thankfully, the arrow had missed anything vital, and it healed in time. Nobody came looking for her, or at least, they never came to the old ruins for her. When her shoulder had finally healed enough, almost two weeks later, she began the journey back to the Red Sun encampment.

Phoenix itself was a group well known for its ruthlessness. They hold no remorse for any of their victims, and will do whatever it takes to get what they want - In this case, they wanted their schematics back, and they wanted to make a message ut of Red Sun, who were so bold as to cross them.

When she arrived at the Red Sun camp, she found fire and death. Phoenix had wanted payback for the theft, and wanted their documents back. They never found it, and they burned everything in return. Sheila was left without a home or a family, and became a 'acquisition specialist' for hire. She rarely killed, only when she had no choice.

She's never sold the documents from Phoenix, never looked at them. She only keeps them on her person as a memory and a reminder of Red Sun and her brother.

From then until now, she has constantly been moving from city to city, doing work for various clients. On occasion, she would come across a member of Phoenix or sometimes even a Phoenix camp. Everytime she did, she used her skills to do whatever damage she could, and escape to find another place to rest away from her victims. She always kept anything she could find useful, and got rid of the rest in various methods, including just destroying the items. She cared more about taking revenge on Phoenix than profiting from these endeavors.
