Summary

While his full origins remain unclear, what is known is that he was found near a small village in the northern outskirts of Alaska, left out in the freezing winds and deep snow presumably abandoned... having been rescued from certain death, the young wolf was raised in a nearby army barracks, determined to prove his worth to his often vindictive and fearful peers who would treat him like an outcast despite his best efforts.... against the odds Tempest remained a positive and friendly character, defiantly holding his own as he became more and more isolated due to his unique abilities and powers...




When he reached sixteen he left to explore the world, moving from regiment to regiment in what some believed was an attempt to find somewhere he could finally settle and call home... after several years he was taken in by Earth's core defence forces where he formed several strong bonds which remain to this day...

A lone wolf of sorts, Tempest likes to keep his thoughts to himself, preferring not to weigh down others with his own worries. Extremely protective of those close to him, Tempest will often leap to the defence of them in order to protect them from harm.

He also possesses a high sense of justice and morality, and while playful at heart he can also be a strong leader, exerting an aura of authority and confidence during even the most critical and tense scenarios...

During combat Tempest can prove to be a challenge for anyone he encounters due to his wide-ranging and adept powers; despite having no significant physical strengths, he can often use his abilities to turn what can look like a losing position into an easy victory in the blink of an eye, using his opponents strengths and weaknesses as well as the environment itself to his own advantage, the only limit to this being the amount of lifeforce he has on hand to initiate his attacks...

Omega Form

In contrast to Beta, Tempest’s lighter side manifests whenever he allows his positive emotions to take control, which again induces a physical mutation of his appearance. Elements of his hybrid genetic structure show as a result of the transformation, again the most notable change other than his fur markings being his large yet agile angelic wings.

As with Beta, the transformation also enhances his abilities, speeding up his healing and adaptive powers while also giving him a notable boost in his physical speed and agility, thus balancing out some of the weaknesses of his regular form. In comparison to his Beta form, Omega is considerably faster and more agile, albeit possessing less brute force, leading him to take on a more subtle approach in battle via tactical usage of the environment and scenario to gain an advantage over his opponent.

In terms of personality, Omega is considerably more reserved than Tempest’s regular form, often focussed on the task ahead and remaining cool in all scenarios which are presented to him.

While in this form Tempest also has an enhanced control over the Ice element, which can be combined with his other elemental powers to unleash several powerful attacks.

Abilities

Hybrid Adaptation:[/i]

To-date an unexplained phenomenon which allows Tempest's body to instinctively adapt to any scenario or environment; prolonged exposure to certain elements or ailments will allow him to build an immunity to them thereafter.

It is also believed that this can impact his combat abilities as well, allowing him to adapt more and more to his opponents fighting style the longer they are engaged in battle.

Regeneration:[/i]

Despite having no nanite technology within his body, Tempest possesses a powerful regenerative ability that allows him to dispel any physical ailments as well allowing him to regenerate cells in order to heal wounds or rebuild parts of his body; however use of such an ability comes at a heavy cost, with his own lifeforce being required to fuel the process...

Deep focus:[/i]

A complex skill which allows Tempest to focus his own lifeforce in order to boost his physical stats; whether it is to enhance his size, power, speed, agility, or any other aspect of his physical form, as long as he has sufficient lifeforce he will be able to use this ability to give himself an edge in combat... combined with his Hybrid Adaptation move this can make him a formidable opponent, assuming he has enough lifeforce...

Elemental Attacks:[/i]

Able to control the forces of Lightning, Water, Wind, Ice (Omega form only) and Fire (Beta form only) by channelling them with his own lifeforce. Often they are adapted as projectile attacks or to enhance his physical attacks during combat.
