Lir is a blue dragon descended from the great dragons that served the goddess Althena on the Silver Star. As he is only a young adult, he appears to be a winged cat with some dragon qualities. He has an extreme fondness for fish and even purrs when enjoying a nice rub -- but don't call him a cat!

In terms of personality, Lir is... an odd one. He will often zone out when being talked to, staring blankly at whoever is speaking to him -- most of the time giving them the sense he's staring through them than paying any attention to them. He is quite intelligent and has the gift of precognition, though he has no control over it.

Lir is good friends with a black dragon named Zernebog.
