This is my first piece of artwork that glows ^^

I made this in Adobe Photoshop CS5 (since my school has it installed on its computers) and I wanted to do something that glows because my character has glowing portions on him :3

I don't have an art tablet, so I had to do this by mouse and the lines came out awfully good, so I'm very happy with it right now :D
