A commission for of his villainous ancient Pikachu Emperor OC, "Gavin the XI." Basically, he came across an ancient cursed book one day which turned him into an evil, literal-soul-eating-un-dead tyrant with mystical powers and glowing red eyes. So basically Palpatine, Sauron and the Necronomicon Ex Mortis all rolled into one. What's not to love? Or love-to-hate, since, you know...evil. XD
