I have to admit this isn't nearly as complete as I wanted it to be. There are a lot of things unfinished and I'm extremely disappointed in myself for calling this finished. I wanted to prove I can make just as detailed backgrounds as my scalework/characters, but alas I really dont have the time. so..It will just have to be what it is. The /only/ reason I'm letting myself post this is because the bg still looks pretty decent.
