This is Brooklyn from Disney's Gargoyles as a taur, I'd say perhaps a "garg-taur" specifically. He was requested by dragonheart07 back in 2009.

Some of his futuristic gear was requested, something of a mix between what he wore in the Future Tense and the comics.

He was actually really fun to draw like this! I'm also fairly certain this is the closest I've gotten Brooklyn's face to how he appeared in the show!
