I finally got a good picture of this guy. He seems to like to hang out alot in my front yard and he seems to be getting bigger so I think he's a young rabbit. I believe he is an Eastern Cottontail Rabbit, but I don't know much about rabbits. (I know more about birds of prey)

This guy loves to nom on my front yard grass.
