I had decided that this year, I'd do fanart for people who've inspired me over the years, so here's a little pic I was inspired to do for AWD of his newest character, Shallow Dives.

This massive mermaid is the captain of her own pirate crew. Normally, Nikki runs her own business (a surf shop by the beach), but with winter pretty much closing her shop for the season, she decided to look for a part-time job. So, this manta gal has come to Shallow Dives to plead her case in order to join the crew... for a little while at least.

I had a lot of fun working on this pic... and I hope AWD gets a kick out of it too.
