It's not easy to accept the part of you that you hate, the part of you that you wish you never had. But if you never do so, you'll never be able to overcome it and move on.
I... know what that's like. It isn't fun, and the very nature of it can be painful to accept and understand... but being able to understand yourself completely is the only way you can truly move on with yourself in life. At least, that's the way I see it.
