The client wanted a custom Dark Tower-themed bullet necklace with a large rose and vines and the quote "I kill with my heart". The text is highlighted in red while the rose is colored to emulate the one from the books- pink and red petals with a bright orange center- and sitting in a sea of deep green vines.
