My character, Licht.
I was playing around with a new brush setting for SAI that mimics watercolor. Pretty sure I butchered any resemblance to a watercolor painting, but I do like the texture it gave.
Thinking about offering things like this as a cheaper alternative to fully colored/lined commissions. Painted sketches or something, I dunno. Opinions??

Holy wow. I really adore the dull glowy eyes and the magic. The wings look fantastic too. I think it would make a great cheaper alternative, and in the end probably rope you in more money. This way you'll have something price-wise in the "in between" range of cheap (sketches, for example) to fully digital drawings and the likes. Gives people a little more bang for their buck, too. I think it'd be a nice idea to offer them. They really do look fantastic, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. :) Hell, I'm half amazed this is considered a 'sketch' anyway. It looks that good!
