The final member of the elemental ghost trifecta, Skubble, Scapulich and Koslich, Ice/Ghost types.

Extremely dangerous mountaindwelling carnivores. The freezing, thick mist that flows around them is their life force, essentially equivalent to their blood. They can manipulate it as a weapon to take their opponents' life force. A few extremely lucky trainers have horror stories of their Pokemon's lungs being filled with a wild Scapulich's mist, suffocating them to the point of fainting. It's the kind of thing that keeps mountain climbers up at night, and the veteran trainers of Northern Roeizek recommend traveling in pairs or groups, and carrying rocks or spare Pokeballs for self-defense - Skubble are easily thwarted by a direct blow to the eye socket, and Scapulich and Koslich by a hit to their gem. Pester Balls, originally developed in Kanto for researchers and wildlife photographers, have become popular because the gas they release if they miss their mark messes with the Pokemon's lifeblood and usually sends it running away to regain its health.

In a game/story setting, the rivals both use one of the ghosts depending on which starter the main character chose, similar to Cheren and Bianca's elemental monkeys and Calem/Serena and Shauna's gen 1 starters.
