It’s been a long time since I did any kind of free-hand sketching of anything, mainly because anatomy and proportions kill me… They are my bane! Anyway, so, this is what I’ve spent the last six hours just playing with off and on.

Gotta say… This piece got pretty personal, naturally, as they’re depictions of my persona. As always, she’s ever-changing. Still enjoyed working on it, regardless of how many revelations it caused me to have.

Yea, there’s still errors, and the lines aren’t all one pixel, but I am at the point where I kind of don’t want to fix it! There’s something particularly special about this rough style I’ve adopted when sketching. And, I like it. I will likely be cleaning this up, and doing a flat-color, then going back in and making a detailed version. But, for now, you get to see the line-art and concept art.
