Another pencil drawing, and the first "mini-lesson". Mini-lessons basically take everything you learned so far, and have you do everything without your hand being held every step of the way. You can look at references of each step, but you can't just watch the instructor and copy everything he does. You are given a subject to draw, and you do it yourself.

I think this came out pretty alright. Now I really want pizza, though.
