This will be the last photo from Hawaii I'll be posting, and I think this is an appropriate photo to end on. A tabby cat, the same breed as my cat character Peter! I noticed asides from all the chickens and roosters wandering around, there were cats wandering around town around our condo. I show some of these cats in part 5 of my Hawaii video playlist. Although these cats are feral, some people leave water and food bowls out for them. Although they help keep the rodent population down, these feral cats have been considered an invasive species for parasites and diseases they may carry that threaten endangered species on Kauai. Thanks to crazyjoe1952 on twitter for letting me know about Hawaii's problems with these cats.
