I used an old OC named Scanner who was a Mexican fox who, during his 'prime' was shot by poachers but rescued by a group of researchers. They placed a tracking collar around his neck that would shock him if he tried to go farther than 100 feet from the building, rendering him their 'pet'.

Still need to work on my shading and backgrounds and the bullet is kind of large. ;-; But otherwise, I'm pretty happy with the result. ouo
