Contrary to a LOT of vore art that's out there, a stomach would actually be a pretty tight squeeze in a lot of normal scenarios. It's actually a pretty small part of the body compared to what's around it. XD
better think fast and pull a miracle out of his bag, or else he might find himself somewhere much tighter...

Having actually seen a stomach through one of those surgery camera things, I agree, and always picture stomachs as being more like a big sleeping bag, even in macro/micro situations.
