Well, this is my entry for   kegawa's contest

on which we have to use the most basic image editor (digital art) or crayons for traditional artists, as well we had a time limit

Thankfully I used to draw a lot on MS paint before switching to SAI and GIMP so I've got no issues with it, though the toic is kinda rushed, the theme was "a dark and stormy night" on which in this buiding there is a huge blackout while during night my char is finding his way around it using his flashlight.
Window looks like that (white)because it's on the exact moment the lightnight is flashing through a nearby window
