A long time ago, in a kingdom in a faraway country, sitting on top of a winding spiral mountain, overlooking a neat little village otherwise hidden in the forest, stood a college for fledgling mages, wizards, and sorceresses of all sorts.

According to ancient, written history, nobody knew exactly when Headmistress Kymi, the titanic, oddly soft-bodied blue wolfess started at the Academy. But, for well over a century, she assisted thousands of fledgling spellcasters in realizing their own hidden potential.

Those same old records that held her history also told of Rysha, a princess cursed into the form of a dragoness, who attended to discover how to reverse her transformation, of Nikki, the feline Micromancer, who painstakingly studied how to further the field of Size Magic, and Kuni, the raccooness rogue who...apparently was not a member of the Academy at all, but simply snuck in periodically to visit friends.

While history's foggy on what exactly happened to this esteemed Academy, or whether it actually existed at all, there was one thing that the legends made absolutely clear.

Headmistress Kymi was -really- cute, and gave, just, like, the best hugs. Or so the legends told.
