Lt. Tay Gracia is a member of the Royal Shipyard primary design staff on the planet of Felinia. She has assisted in numerous stellar construction projects across the Empirical Federation, with even more numerous projects planned. She is of the race Kantari from the Kantarian homeworld of Kantix, the specialists in technological augmentation and implants in the EF.

Recently completed this art to continue to world build within the Empirical Federation. I'm open to more additions to this world, and I would be happy to roleplay within the universe myself and my mate are constructing!
