Here we have Sensei Nosara keeping her skills sharp and her self fit. The picture is of her Sensei who trained her he has long past but, she follows in his foot steps. the belts on the wall are her's that she earned over the years and the flag is of her Dojo's sign. Nosara is honorable and respectable and always calm and hard to anger. as was the teachings of her Sensei of her child hood.
