Fixed up ref done for Tvorsk n.n/

Wasn't happy with how the initial ones turned out overall, so this fixup was pretty much called for methinks :3c

Got his overall muscle balance more 'correct' now that I have numbers to play with (predominantly height and weight, perhaps Bodyfat % as well) to get a rough approximation on how heavily built the character is :Dc

Took the liberty to redesign the cape myself, make it into something more 'functional' overall, able to cover the entire body when need be with a hood added onto it n.n/
