Spyridon x Octus

{ Pink-Fire || Diana || Female }

Reason for Name:
Diana is named after Octus's Mother, D'ialia.

Summary of Appearance:
Diana takes after Octus's side of the Family more than she does Spyridon's. Though she does have some aspects of his pedigree, the stripes along her tail and back, the odd ginger spot, and the fur around her paws; more aspects of Octus's Family are clearly seen. Diana takes heavily with the colours on her Mother's side and she has a few leopard spots along her legs and body, like her Mother, though they are not as heavily seen. Other aspects include the thick fur along her back and forehead which was inherited from Octus's Mother. Diana's eyes are a mix of Octus's colour and D'ialia's, giving them a unique blue and purple pigmentation. The tufted ears she has are also founded on her Mother's side. Though she takes mostly after her Mother's Family, she does have more of Spyridon's build than her sister, making her taller and lankier, where her sister is shorter and thicker.

{ Green-Water || Giya || Female }

Reason for Name:
Giya is named after Spyridon's Adoptive Mother, Fiya.

Summary of Appearance:
Giya is more of a mix between Spyridon and Octus's genes than her sister. She does take more to her Father's colouring with her mixed brown, ginger and cream colours with a lighter cream undertone, however, her colouring was influenced by her Mother, so she turned out lighter compared to her Father and Grandfather. The fur along her neck is thick and bushy, same with the bangs that spray across her face. Her facial features take more to her Father's side as well, with the protruding fang, stripes and markings, and the eyes that match Spyridon's almost exactly in colour; though her body takes more after her Mother. Her tail is also striped, but her pelt is a mix of her Mother's and Father's though it is more heavily dominated by her Mother's Family's markings, splattered with an array of spots along her sides and tail, and stripes along her legs.

These are actually really fun to do, and I may end up doing some commissions in the near future when I have time.

I pictured Diana being that perfect little kit who got basically all the attention, and was overly playful, whereas her sister would have been the one who was kinda ignored by her family, and a little grumpy as a result. Damn I love these two though, and I'm so thrilled with how they came out :D I've never done hypo kits before so this was a good challenge.
