The state of my commissions depends on the forum. If the forum is open I'm open for commissions and vice versa. You can find prices in both the Terms of Service and the second page of the forum.
My commissions will likely be fairly slow due to school. You don't pay until completion.

If I draw art for you (whether a trade, gift, or commission), you're free to post it as long as you credit me and link back to my gallery.
